01 Overview
Krajina Auto sells tyres, alloy wheels and car parts across several locations and several sales channels. What used to live in separate programs and spreadsheets now runs on one system.
The business sells at the counter, through its own web shop, through listings on the country's largest classifieds site and through a partner portal. Every one of those channels needs the same item, the right price and an honest stock figure — and every one of them used to be updated by hand.
Now the catalogue is the single source of truth. An item entered once appears in the web shop, in the listings, on the partner portal and in the staff app, at the price set for each channel. There is no second entry, and no conversation about why the website disagrees with the counter.

02 The challenge
Nothing was broken on its own. Every part of the business simply kept its own version of the truth — and keeping them in line was manual work.
- 01 Stock kept in spreadsheets that were never in step between locations
- 02 A web shop updated by hand, with prices and stock days behind
- 03 Online listings written and taken down one at a time
- 04 Invoices typed up by hand, with numbering kept in someone's head
- 05 Working hours on paper, added up by hand at the end of the month
- 06 Seasonal tyre storage recorded in notebooks
03 The solution
One catalogue, one stock ledger and one set of rules — reached from the office, from the warehouse floor and from every sales channel the business uses.
Stock is recorded as individual movements rather than a running total, so every figure can be traced back through its history instead of simply being trusted.
Each sales channel has its own price list, and having a price there is what publishes an item. Nothing goes public by accident, and nothing is forgotten.
Invoices, proformas, delivery notes and quotes are issued with automatic numbering, discounts and VAT, ready to print and send.

04 Key capabilities
What it makes possible.
- 01
One catalogue behind every channel
An item entered once reaches the web shop, the online listings, the partner portal and the staff app, each at its own price. No duplicate entry, and no price that disagrees with itself.
- 02
Stock you can explain
Every receipt, sale, correction and return is recorded with who made it and why. The current figure is the sum of its own history, so a difference can be traced rather than argued about.
- 03
The warehouse in a pocket
Staff scan a barcode, or photograph a label or a tyre sidewall, to find an item and sell straight from the phone. If the signal drops, the sale is kept and sent the moment the connection returns.
- 04
Working hours that add themselves up
Staff clock in with a card at the door. Shifts, holidays, leave and sick days roll into the monthly hours automatically, and the timesheet prints ready for signature.
- 05
Seasonal tyre storage, properly recorded
Each stored set is logged against the customer, the vehicle and its place in the warehouse, with a pickup date and a printed receipt — booked at the counter or on a phone next to the customer.
- 06
Customer messages that reach a person
A visitor writing from the website appears in the system and on staff phones immediately, along with the page they were looking at — so the answer is about the right product.

One set of figures behind the counter, the warehouse and every sales channel.
-

A month end that is printed rather than pieced together.
Counters, warehouses, sales channels and staff hours — one system, one set of figures, and an answer for every item and every hour.
